This system apply in cupola and electric furnace for automatic feeding metal, coke, limestone, is able to set coke quantity according to iron quantity to realize automatic weighing for pig iron, back furnace iron, waste steel, coke and limestone, with obvious effect. Molten iron temperature increases 10-20 generally, carbon content fluctuating rate lower than 0.1%, waster reduces 2-5%, furnace materials and energy consumption reduces 3-6%, save manpower for 5-20 persons.
This system is composed of many subsystems. Various subsystems are independent and can operating online as well, integrate control, supervision and management at the same time. Meanwhile, the system reduces complicated procedures for strict requirements on industrial control and disgusting casting workshop environment. When one of its subsystem exits problem, it will switches to manual status without inflect whole system operation.
